North Field Lodge is located in the main resort village of Hirafu. (see map below). Hirafu is the largest ski resort and provides access to the four other ski fields in the area.
The lodge is situated directly in front of the resort free shuttle bus and is a two minute drive to the main ski lifts. The lodge comes equipped with its own private bus for morning first tracks, afternoon pick up, evening meals and excursions.

After breakfast the dining room and lounge doubles as another spacious area in which to relax on those rest days listening to good music or reading a book.

This is a cosy room for relaxing, reading or games. With the warmth and aroma of a wood burning fire place, our guest living room is a great room to enjoy the stunning view of Mt Yotei and relax over a drink with fellow guests after a day on the slopes.
In addition to the quality sound system ( you can plug in your ipod,) there is a excellent assortment of books and board games to suit all tastes and ages.
Enjoy a delicious BBQ during the warmer months with panoramic views of Mount YoteiAfter a round of golf, a morning of white-water rafting or a fly-fishing session on the Shiribeshi River, guests can unwind on the BBQ Deck with friends or family, recounting the day’s events.
North Field's guests can relax tired muscles after a day on the slopes in our two Finnish Saunas and two Japanese baths (ofuro)While the Japanese are famous for enjoying ofuro (hot baths), many of our foreign guests also find a good soak in the ofuro a great way to relax sore muscles after a day on the slopes. But don’t forget to wash yourself first in the mini-showers provided before stepping into the bath itself.
