Niseko Gourmet invites you to North Field Lodge for an evening of fine food, wine and art hosted by Village Cellar's Managing Director Richard Cohen and Chris Wood, Australian Consul, Sapporo.

For a standard booking, follow the 2 steps below.
Step 1. Click here and fill in the form, then press “search”. This will allow you to check current availability and rates. Please note that these rates are our standard rates. Your final payment may be less if you are eligible for one of our special deals.
Step 2. Click here and send us your booking request.

We will reply within 24 hours. When you receive this confirmation you will then have 10 days to pay a deposit.
After you pay your deposit you will receive
• a receipt
• an invoice and advice on how to make your final payment and
• an information sheet on your upcoming exciting holiday.

Payment Options
  
 
 
We accept payment in Japanese yen or Australian dollars.
You can pay by electronic bank transfer or pay on PayPal (4% surcharge applies) with your debit card, credit card or bank account.
Quotes are in yen. If you pay in dollars, the amount will be determined by the exchange rate at the time of payment.
All bank fees and charges and exchange fees must be paid by the customer when transferring money to North Field Lodge.

Booking Conditions
 
 
 
 Minimum booking accepted in January and February is 5 days.
A deposit of 20% of the total tariff is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment of the balance is due 2 calendar months prior to arrival at North Field
Balance may be paid in Australian dollars or yen but value is determined by the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Failure to pay the balance 2 calendar months before arrival will be deemed as a cancellation resulting in a fee equivalent to 20% of the value of the booking.
All prices are subject to change without notice however, once the deposit has been paid, the final price (in yen) is fixed.

Cancellation Policy.
 
Winter2010-2011
 
Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing (email is OK) and must be received and acknowledged by North Field. Cancellations will incur the following fees.
1. A cancellation of a booking after confirmation but more than 2 calendar months before the date of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of the value of the booking.
2. A cancellation less than 2 calendar months before the date of arrival will incur a fee equal to 100% of the value of the booking.
 
All bank fees and charges and exchange fees must be paid by the customer.
